Your email, first name, goals, and the workouts you choose to log (type, duration, optional distance and notes). We do not collect location data today. If GPS tracking is added, it will be opt-in and requested by your phone's permission prompt.
Data is stored in a secured database where each account can only read its own records. We never sell your data and your activity is private by default.
RunGlow never stores card details. Payments for RunGlow Plus ($9.99/month) are handled by a certified payment provider; we only keep your subscription status.
Go to Profile → Manage subscription → Cancel. You keep Plus until the end of the paid period and won't be charged again. If you subscribed through an app store, cancel in your phone's subscription settings.
Go to Profile → Delete account. This permanently erases your profile, workouts, and challenge progress. Cancel any active subscription first.
